Click the Book Now button below to select an available date and time for an appointment. You will be able to chose between a virtual or an in-person appointment. Virtual appointments offered Monday through Friday. In-person appointments are offered Monday through Thursday.
You will receive required intake paperwork by email from Copper State Psychiatric Care. This paperwork must be completed electronically before your appointment. Check your spam folder if you do not see our email. You will also receive emails from our billing companies Alma or Headway, depending on your specific insurance. Please respond promptly to these emails if you wish to utilize insurance benefits for your appointment. The billing company will let you know how much your visits will cost if using insurance.
If we are out-of-network with your insurance, or you are paying out-of-pocket, please see our FAQs page for cash pay pricing. We will collect a credit card payment during your appointment.
